I dont really enjoy learning about web servers and stuff, however, I have enjoyed getting everything setup, you just need to have a level of patience and explain everything in detail and everything will happen. The high-availability Linux VPS with automatic fail-over came is great when my node went down (2 minutes of downtime).

I do not have any problem with QHoster, didn't see any downtime with my site. Their server speed is relatively fast (guess I have a fast connection). The control panel interface is fairly intuitive and it's easy to manage most things through their web interface. They usually reply 5-10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer. QHoster hosting provider has the best Tech and general support I have experienced. The CPU load from other users is pretty low, and even if the disks look full on Cpanel they seem plenty responsive. Their goal seems to be to satisfy customers, not to make it difficult to switch hosting.
The helpdesk is great, quick and friendly. QHoster also has a nice message board where other people (but also the staff) can help you with minor things. It is unrealistic to ask for an immediate response, but this web host usually responded to my request within 15 minutes. What makes this decent SSD web host better than my previous host is the price and feature.
