  There’s an online practice called Plushcare. The company I work for offers it as a benefit and I’ve used it for urgent virtual care visits. They’ve been really good. But they also offer primary care. I have no idea how that works when you need to get labs and in-person exams done - which is why I chose to stick with my regular PCP. But thought I’d mention it. • What was your most intense symptom?

  Not since day 7ish? I had an online consult with the doctors at plushcare.com. Theyre pretty great. Since I have asthma and was coughing up green phlegm they prescribed me anti biotics (zpack) cleared the chest congestion in 1 day. Source: over 2 years ago

  So I am not affiliated with this website but I moved from NY to FL and haven't found new HCPs yet so I have used plushcare.com for a few telehealth appointments (including a spider bite! So exciting!). I only suggest it because it was quick, painless, and I got the info I needed to take the next steps. You might be instructed to go to an ER.   I read a case study on phenibut withdrawal (link below). Can you get your hands on baclofen? The study I'm including below is just one - I've read a lot more on the use of baclofen during phenibut detox. I'm not sure what your situation is with talking to a doctor, but I'm thinking you could just do an e-visit (like plushcare.com), say you've been given baclofen before for a muscle spasm in your back or something...
