• HEB Cart Changes

  The site and the app are working fine for me too. Perhaps it's an issue with your own personal device, operating system, or heb.com account if it's an issue you've been experiencing over many months?   HEB has an app, AND heb.com will let you choose your store, and tell you which isle the product is in. I use it basically all the time. Source: over 1 year ago

  +1 for heb.com regular grocery delivery and Uber's Cornershop if I need anything from Costco. I don't own a car so I'd much rather pay the flat $5 fee + tip than spend a few hours just figuring out what I can carry, taking the bus/riding my skateboard, actually shopping, coming back, etc. The only time I go in-person now is if I happen to be near the area anyways and can fit everything in my backpack.
