  You already mentioned documentation. Good! Document everything. Why you chose X method over Y, or this framework over that. This helps later with onboarding and when people want to come up with suggestions, because they can see you already did explore this option earlier on so why bring it up again?   In my opinion, any tool that allows teams/individuals to publish/post updates and subscribe to other teams/individuals' posts or updates can work, such as: - https://friday.app/ - https://wordpress.com/p2/ - https://www.yammer.com/ (is this still a thing? Used it like 10 years ago) - etc... We also used slack for ephemeral, one off, non important stuff.
