  • EVIDENCE OF PRICE MANIPULATION
That said, you can verify my math with the share ownership from the most recent 10K-A, Jason Hope's last Form 13, the open short interest listed on Nasdaq.com, and the daily volume from ChartExchange. If you don't know about volume & MM's, I need to figure out where to point you... a good book on how markets work, I guess. You can check OpenInsider.com for RZLT to see proof of 2 companies buying stock but not... Source: 8 months ago
  • To all those think NVDA will fall
Not for finding the next NVDA, but this is a cool website http://openinsider.com/. Source: 11 months ago
  • Outlining exposed bank balance sheets?
I've been buying a little bit of any regional bank that's down if they show up on openinsider.com with a recent cluster of insider buying. I figure their CFO knows best. Source: 12 months ago
  • Does anyone know an easy way to find out how many funds own a specific stock? Is this something that TradingView can do?
I also like OpenInsider for tracking company execs buying/selling habits. Source: about 1 year ago
  • The Best Tools for the Job
Open Insider (free) — Tracks all the stock transactions made by insiders in public companies. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Free Resources for Research
Open Insider - I think a lot of people know about this one. Basically just compiles every Form 4 for every public company. All insider buys/sells as they are reported. I had used a couple different websites prior to hearing about Open Insider, but I exclusively use this one now. It's the best that I've seen for insider trading information. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Tool for Insiders Trading data. personally i found it insane
Here's a tool for stock investors: openinsider.com. The site tracks trades made by employees of companies. Source: about 1 year ago
  • LendingTree CEO Starts a Massive Stock Purchase Program
Whenever a CEO buys their own stock, they have to report it with the SEC. You can use a site like openinsider.com to see all the recent CEO Purchases. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Y’all made it on TV
So you should be surfing for tickers with a high percent of the stock shorted, preferably a company that isn't on the brink of bankruptcy as well. use openinsider.com to see if insiders are buying or selling. If insiders are buying with a good % shorted then its very bullish. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Insider Trading Strikes Again (+33% in 2 Weeks)
My main strategy involves trends with insider trades. (I also try to look for low historical IV and combine it for swing trades) -- http://openinsider.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
  • [Analysis] The Top 100 Insider Traders. They buy their own stock before it pops.
All the filings are at https://www.sec.gov/edgar/. Places like openinsider.com have the trades all nicely formatted, but they don't calculate the historic returns for the executives. ceowatcher.com doesn't have a list of trades, but does calculate the returns. Source: over 1 year ago
  • [Analysis] The Top 100 Insider Traders. They buy their own stock before it pops.
There are a bunch of websites that just list out all of the most recent trades. openinsider.com is probably the easiest to use. However, they won't tell you the returns of the previous trades of the CEOs. ceowatcher.com doesn't currently have a list of the most recent trades, but they do have the returns of the CEOs. • Open Insider Trade alerts
Hey everyone this is my first reddit post so I’m hoping this is the right place to post this. I wanted to share this trade alert system I built. A while back I saw someones video where they say they’re making a consistent 1-2% on every trade by checking openinsider.com and buying when the CEO or CFO buys their own company’s stock. The idea is that they buy when it’s posted, then sell for a small profit. Source: over 1 year ago
  • People that want to buy more Tesla cause last year it was almost a 400$, meanwhile insiders are unloading

  • How do you DD/Research? And how long does it take you?
I tend to use 'smart money signals' from Wall Street when allocating my personal investments (consensus analyst picks, institutional picks, and insider picks). This is the 3 steps process I use to find a high signal list; Step 1) Go to https://www.wallstrank.com/ - find 3-5 stocks analysts are very bullish about Step 2) Go to https://www.dataroma.com/m/home.php - see if any of the 3-5 stocks in 'Step 1' have... As an example, I was searching Wayfair ($W). According to my Fidelity account…. Insiders account for almost 20% ownership of the company and taking a look at their activity on http://openinsider.com/ I saw A LOT of insiders exercising their options. Source: over 1 year ago
