Mp3tag may also be an alternative, though it kind of sits between the two, as it can search on Musicbrainz but doesn't have as good of a UI as Meta imo. Source: 12 months ago

I'm also the developer of Mp3tag, a universal audio metadata editor that also allows for loading and creating playlists (see File → Create Playlist...). You can sort the files via column click or manually using drag&drop while holding the ⌥ key down. Source: almost 2 years ago

Alternatively, you can try to import the video with MP3tag. Not sure how well it edits video file header tags. The MacOS version is not free like the Windows version though (because of the App Store's license fees): https://mp3tag.app/. Source: about 2 years ago
I assume you're on mac since you said iTunes. For windows use https://mp3tag.app/. Source: over 2 years ago

I'm trying to add my old CD collection to Apple Music but I'm having a bit of a nightmare. The CDs were ripped years ago and I don't recall what software I used to rip (but it wasn't iTunes.) 2 - Then I used Mp3Tag Trial Mp3Tag to extract all embedded album art into it's own folders with the name cover.jpg. Source: about 3 years ago
