But pro tip (in general too) if you like “unusual” or slightly retro… don’t sleep on snooping through Unique Vintage seasonal sales or some of the clearances at ModCloth… I’ve been able to somewhat randomly find a perfect piece/dress/outfit for a SONG. And if it’s a one-timer… to poshmark it goes after lol. 🤑. Source: 11 months ago
Https://modcloth.com is a great option, great quality but more on the expensive side. Source: about 1 year ago
ModCloth has a lot of cute stuff in retro styles - I’ve seen stuff like this on it. Source: about 1 year ago
I just found out about Baltic born which has some extended sizing. I’m not sure of your style, have you tried ModCloth? Source: about 1 year ago
Not the same - but check out modcloth (https://modcloth.com); no longer owned by Walmart (TIL). Source: about 1 year ago
Check unique-vintage.com or even modcloth.com. Source: over 1 year ago
You'd probably enjoy Modcloth's offerings. Lots of thematic prints, and notably a lot of classic vintage-leaning silhouettes as seen in Harper's wardrobe. Source: almost 2 years ago
Would you explain how https://modcloth.com 's affiliate program works? Source: almost 2 years ago
Try modcloth.com They like to focus on this style of dress. Source: almost 2 years ago
Also gonna second the recommendation for Mod Cloth (https://modcloth.com/ )! They have a variety of sizes but they source from a LOT of different brands so I learned the hard way - always check the size charts-. Because a 3X in one brand might be the size of a 1X in another. It's bonkers. They also tend towards more 'retro' clothes. Source: almost 2 years ago
You might like Dazey LA, or try thrifting! For cheaper clothes I recommend ThredUp or Mercari, but Poshmark, Etsy, and Depop can be great options too. Coco Clem is a small swimwear designer but their clothes seem to double as loungewear and crop tops- not the most period accurate but the have some cute 70s inspired designs. And if you’re looking for more period-inspired wear with modern twists I recommend ModCloth! Source: almost 2 years ago
You might be able to find something you like at https://modcloth.com or https://joanieclothing.com/ or https://www.collectiflondon.com/ and you will definitely be able to commission a dream dress to fit you perfectly via Etsy but that will definitely cost more than $100. The alternative is sewing a dress yourself, r/sewing and r/vintagesewing can assist with that. Source: about 2 years ago
I've admittedly worn very business un-professional outfits over the years, but I think a blazer usually spiffies an outfit up (whether its with pants or skirt). I've gotten nice ones from thrift stores and modcloth.com over the years. Bonus points if it glitters. Source: over 2 years ago
ModCloth has so many cute comfy things, and cute retro inspired pieces as well. Source: over 2 years ago
It depends on your style and budget. I got several dresses from venus.com and modcloth.com but it's not the cheapest sites to shop and also depends on style preference. Source: almost 3 years ago
I call Modcloth"Clothes for Librarians." I get a LOT of stuff from them, LOL. Source: almost 3 years ago
