Old Navy

After target the next place I'd hit is Old Navy ( https://oldnavy.gap.com/ )for basics. I've never bought fem clothes from there but they're sizing options for masc clothes that don't look like ass are FANTASTIC. They also are VERY clear about measurements. It's the only place I've been able to find reasonably priced clothes for my 6'4" 3xl husband. I figure if they're that size inclusive for masc stuff they probably also good with the fem stuff (they also do a lot of pattern and style matching for more androgynous stuff and offer a gender neutral section).

ModCloth

Also gonna second the recommendation for Mod Cloth (https://modcloth.com/ )! They have a variety of sizes but they source from a LOT of different brands so I learned the hard way - always check the size charts-. Because a 3X in one brand might be the size of a 1X in another. It's bonkers. They also tend towards more 'retro' clothes.
