Https://mealsquares.com/ takes no work to prepare, is very nutritious, and tastes good. It probably isn't cheap enough though. Source: about 1 year ago
For those saying they wish they could try elven bread, give Meal Squares a look. Haven’t had them in a few years, but they were pretty good if you pop them in the microwave, and great if you throw a little jam on. I always said that Meal Squares were trying to be fantasy book food, while Soylent was trying to be sci fi book food. Source: over 1 year ago
I used to keep some MealSquares in the freezer: https://mealsquares.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
There are other alternatives as well. Some companies sell savory Soylent as soup flavors. Vite-Ramen is an "instant" noodle whole-nutrition product that got started with some redditors a few years ago. If you want something to chew on, you an also buy Meal Squares. Source: over 1 year ago

I've bought https://mealsquares.com/ before. They're... fine. Which might be what you want. Source: about 2 years ago
That's exactly how my friend feels about food and he found a solution: mealsquares I tried them and they are okay, but I'm not a fan especially because I do love food and cooking. Source: about 2 years ago
Got you covered. https://mealsquares.com/. Source: about 2 years ago
Yeah there's a couple companies that make stuff like this. A lot of them are marketed at the silicon valley crowd. There's powders like Soylent/Huel (and some other brands, people talk about them on the /r/soylent sub) where you add water/milk and all your nutrients are covered, there's also meal squares. Soylent is supposed to, but it's possible that we're wrong about nutrients and it doesn't really. I'd feel safe with something made from real food, like MealSquares. It's still possible an unknown nutrient is a problem, but given that we haven't noticed it it's probably common enough that basically any diet containing actual food is going to have it. Mealsquares (https://mealsquares.com/) keep me functioning. Breakfast that I don't have to think about, and sometimes I'll eat one later in the day if I really don't want to prepare anything else or can't leave my desk. Source: over 2 years ago
The work toward this kind of 'ready to eat' food has already started, with companies selling things like https://mealsquares.com/ or https://jimmyjoy.com/. The zeitgeist seems to be about going back to more natural food though, at least in my circles. The underlying fear is that what is sold as 'nutritionally complete' food is actually incomplete, but that we don't know enough about nutrition yet to notice it : so... - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
MealSquares are a great fallback. Keep a box in your freezer and they'll last a long time, they're reasonably healthy, and they're absolutely no effort. Source: over 2 years ago
Shakes make me queazy and protein bars are never satiating, so I kept looking and found two great alternatives for me that are actual food: Mealsquares which is a kind of baked good with chocolate chips and complete nutrition, 400 cal each so a geniuine meal. And ViteRamen, which is a nutritional powder with some very nice quinoa noodles for protein. These have been a lifesaver, the mealsquares keep me fed when... Source: about 3 years ago
I rely on meal replacement quite a bit. Huel tastes good and is filling but definitely upsets my stomach. I’ve never really liked shakes, I would much rather eat solids. I found a baked-good type thing called mealsquares that works really well and a ramen, Vite Ramen which is nutritionally complete. If I navigate away from Reddit on my phone to grab another link I’ll lose my post, but, they have a subreddit of... Source: about 3 years ago
