I use livecoinwatch.com to monitor hourly price/volume change % you can add a filter (I filter to only show coins on Kucoin, then filter out everything with low volume) other than just watching the charts, a lot, waiting for mini flash crashes on the daily chart, buying in at 30x leverage sell 15 minutes later and repeat - it's risky tho no doubt. One thing I have noticed about ATOM, there is always some buy pressure in the market even when many of the coins I monitor on livecoinwatch.com are denoted red in the 24hr change column. It recovers faster when a market 'dip' occurs compared to other of my listed coins/tokens. Source: over 2 years ago

If you're privy to learning, you can easily setup a wallet using Xumm and trade directly on the XRPLdex (xrp ledger decentralized exchange). You can also go to livecoinwatch.com or any other market overview site and go to XRP, sort the exchanges by volume, and pick one of the top 3-5 that are available to your country.
