Huel is a meal replacement powder (not just a protein powder; Huel is nutritionally complete), but they don’t ship to Turkey- what similar local products are available? Source: 10 months ago
Many people dont truly understand them, but you can live very healthily on entirely complete meal replacements. I like huel, they run about $1.90 a meal which is probably 1/10th of the price of a comparable meal delivered via uber eats and far far healthier. Source: 11 months ago
You might be interested in meal replacement shakes, I prefer Huel but there’s a few others out there. I don’t drink them all the time, but I’ve found that just being able to make a quick shake that contains all the nutrients I need and drink it down is much more manageable for me than cooking healthy meals all the time. Why do we still bother with food when this exists. Source: 11 months ago
Huge fan of [Huel](https://huel.com/) - been drinking it for years. Source: 12 months ago
I asked what email address the substitution emails come from, and they were not sure. My spam folder doesn't have anything from a huel.com address or anything with Huel as a keyword, [Support@huel.com](mailto:Support@huel.com) is already a whitelisted contact that I receive email from, etc. Source: about 1 year ago
What you're saying might be true but it doesn't necessarily indicate a flaw in plant based diets it could very well be your lack of knowledge about healthy plant based eating. It can be hard and inconvenient for many people initially but what the animals have to go through as a consequence of that choice is far worse. I personally think that if you do care enough, you'll try to make it work. I am also currently... Source: about 1 year ago
I deal with it by almost living on Huel. I make 3 shakes every night, put them in the fridge and consume them slowly through the next day so I never get super hungry or too full [which I hate more]. I only have to go shopping for the chocolate soy milk I add to it as the Huel is delivered. Prep takes 10 mins tops & I have 6 shakers so I only have to wash up 3 per day. If it's a long or very busy day I may need to... Source: about 1 year ago
Definitely check out https://huel.com/ They have this meal powder stuff that you just add hot water to and you have a warm completely nutritious meal. You don’t have to think, just microwave some water and stir it into the powder. Source: about 1 year ago
My brother feels kind of the same way you do. He's not disgusted by it, but finds it to be a needless waste of time. He started using Huel (https://huel.com/) for some of his meals and he's been very happy with it. Source: over 1 year ago
You will eat your Government Huel and you will enjoy it. Source: over 1 year ago
I'll stick around, maybe some nutritionist can shed some more light. For a biased source check out Huel. Source: over 1 year ago

I'm working on putting on weight/muscle so I make a Huel shake with milk, a banana, and a couple spoons of peanut butter, not as a meal replacement, but as more of a meal supplement. Huel shakes are probably the healthiest meal "replacement" shakes I've found and if you add all the stuff I do it comes out to nearly 900 calories. Source: over 1 year ago
I also use Huel. It's basically a meal replacement shake. It's all plant-based, has a healthy mix of protein, carbs, and fat, and has vitamins & minerals. It's a quick & easy way if getting in a 400 calorie meal without any hassle. Available by single purchases or by subscription service, easily controllable if you need to skip a month, and it costs less than $2 per meal. I've been using it for about 20% to 30% of... There are many providers and forms (hot meals, liquid, powder, bars) and you can get this commercially. Examples for you to browse: Soylent in the Statues, Huel in the UK, Saturo in the rest of Europe. There is also a community of food hackers to make their own. Source: over 1 year ago

Canada has Hol Food, then Soylent in the US, and Huel in the UK. These are just a few that come to mind. Source: over 1 year ago
I didn't review all the other comments, but you could get Huel - it's completely plant based, and you can opt to get either the shakes or real hot and savory meals. All you need to add is water. The hot and savory bags are super light and easy to carry. They have complete nutrients that you need, and you can eat them for 3 meals a day. I'm sure it could get boring after a while, but they have different flavors... Source: over 1 year ago
I was just on another thread and saw this. Could be an option too 🤷🏼 Huel: complete nutrition. Source: over 1 year ago
