   New Morning Dashboard

   Till we started using Hatica, most managers had 10s of tabs open, sifted through each one, and had to piece together work to get a picture of what’s happening at work. With Hatica, these tabs are gone, and is replaced with one app! Especially the activity dashboards that show all activity along with check-ins from our team. Practically solved all our needs!

   New Product, Great Vision!

   This is a young product with ambitious plans to become a comprehensive engineering metrics platform. This means, we can expect great surprises and some room for improvement.

   The founders vision is clear and it shows in every release of the product. Plus, with such frequent feature releases, they might just achieve their vision! Responsive founders make the process of reporting bugs and requesting features a breeze and actually see it implemented in the app in a blazing fast turnaround time

   Hatica provides all inputs needed for an engineering team! From gauging whether work load is balanced, to understanding people’s actual work hours, to finally looking at code churn - Hatica provides all of these in one place! Would love to see a TV mode so that we can present these dashboards in our workforce planning meetings.

   We’re a big believer in the SPACE research framework to manage our engineering teams and it became a no brainer option to choose Hatica as it aligns with these principles! No other tool could do it as perfectly as Hatica and the founders experience and dedication gives us confidence to stick with Hatica to continue managing and bettering our engineering teams even far in the future.

   Great Experience!

   Having a great experience with Hatica so far. DORA metrics along with dev throughput dashboard have come in handy in many situations and helped us identify many bottlenecks. Ability to customize dashboards is one feature we’re looking forward to seeing, and given the frequency of new feature releases we’ve seen, it won’t be long to see this one too.

   Helps us take data-driven decisions using activity log and work snapshots

   Hatica provides highly valuable visibility into our remote teams. With Hatica’s Activity Log, we get to understand work distribution and inefficiencies in them in addition to the teams’ progress. Visualizing work this way helps us identify what efforts yielded results and what areas need better alignment.

   Remote and Hybrid teams’ best companion

   Moving to remote work because of Covid-19 was a challenge. This required a special set of tools and analytics to automate processes like stand-ups (which were made async thanks to Hatica!), and get in-depth insights on communication processes to understand how the teams are working and identify burnout before they affect the members.

    Deployments got 25% better by optimizing our MTTR

    Description: Hatica’s DORA dashboard gives 4 metrics based on Google’s DevOps Research and Assessment methodology. This helped us identify two crucial things. One was that there were lots of bugs that were creeping into production. The second was that our MTTR time or Mean time to resolve was higher which cost us 2 customers because of buggy releases. After identifying these issues via Hatica’s metrics dashboards, we’ve acted upon them and now our deployments are getting 25% better each time! Pro: Comprehensive product, Ease of use, helpful support Con: None as of yet

    Great slack reports for my engineering team, helpful insights

    Been using Hatica for 3 months now, love that I can get my team's github analytics in slack daily including lead time (they call it cycle time) and Devops metrics. Just started using their async standups feature to run our sprint standups via Slack, looking forward to more features there like automatic attaching tasks and commits done during the day.
