Description: Hatica’s DORA dashboard gives 4 metrics based on Google’s DevOps Research and Assessment methodology. This helped us identify two crucial things. One was that there were lots of bugs that were creeping into production. The second was that our MTTR time or Mean time to resolve was higher which cost us 2 customers because of buggy releases. After identifying these issues via Hatica’s metrics dashboards, we’ve acted upon them and now our deployments are getting 25% better each time!
