  At work, I block (via ACL) any and all traffic to port 53 (TCP and UDP) except for the specified DNS IP that I set. Can they change it on their client? Yes. Can they resolve google.com or w/e website they want to? No, therefore the client can't get out. If I try to search something in the url bar, the tab just says "Loading" and nothing will happen for a minute. Opening more tabs and trying there will just make all of them hang.
