I was originally gonna draw a chao for the cheer emote, but then I desided not to because I drew one for the hug emote lmfaooo It isn't really an animation, I just moved the emote downwards then flipped it, and used https://gifmaker.me/ to put the images in order (i reused some of the frames). Blender exports a variety of files, but I used gifmaker.me for the gif. I used blender to export the animation frames as .pngs & then put them all into gifmaker's uploader. Source: over 2 years ago
Many websites allow you to pick pictures from your computer and get them merged into one animated gif or mp4 file. I personaly used this site which worked fine and quick with 60 images. Source: over 2 years ago

And also, I animate in a program called animation paper and am using the pre-release so it's not fully functioning and I can't export it as an mp4 or movie file, only individual frames so I'm using a 'frames to gif website' which allows me to customize the speed of the animation and the only options are milliseconds. I was confused at first as well but I just tried it out. I wish I could use FPS instead but this... Source: about 3 years ago
