I'm trying animation for the first time! Any Critiques (except the change of size)? (40 and 50 milliseconds speed)

And also, I animate in a program called animation paper and am using the pre-release so it's not fully functioning and I can't export it as an mp4 or movie file, only individual frames so I'm using a 'frames to gif website' which allows me to customize the speed of the animation and the only options are milliseconds. I was confused at first as well but I just tried it out. I wish I could use FPS instead but this is all I can do for now :(.
