DMARC, DKIM and SPF request from a Vendor
The vendor can generate a dkim key using easydmarc.com or poweredmarc.com (and others). Then you should be able to use an include statement for them upon their generating a proper key. Perhaps this may work to resolve the problem? Source: over 1 year ago

I do indeed have access to DMARC reporting through easydmarc.com though we're on a free plan so the info may be a little limited. I'll definitely take a look there though - somehow I thought to use their tool to double-check that my DMARC, SPF, and DKIM were all working but I never thought to actually check their reports ... I didn't realize that external NDR could be turned off but I'll definitely take a look at... Source: about 2 years ago
