Https://www.iredmail.org/ has guides and seems to be a good choice, lots of reviews and respect, and expandability. easydmarc.com and their tools are your friend to confirm you are doing the best work possible to get your email where it is going. The vendor can generate a dkim key using easydmarc.com or poweredmarc.com (and others). Then you should be able to use an include statement for them upon their generating a proper key. Perhaps this may work to resolve the problem? Source: over 2 years ago
I do indeed have access to DMARC reporting through easydmarc.com though we're on a free plan so the info may be a little limited. I'll definitely take a look there though - somehow I thought to use their tool to double-check that my DMARC, SPF, and DKIM were all working but I never thought to actually check their reports ... I didn't realize that external NDR could be turned off but I'll definitely take a look at... Source: almost 3 years ago
