  • Krita is a professional FREE and open source painting program
Drawing fits that description, but it isn't really comparable to Krita — the authors describe it as like MS Paint but for Gnome. Pinta seems similar, but more Xfce-ish. => https://maoschanz.github.io/drawing/ => https://www.pinta-project.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago

I practice DS and algo with my friend online, and I use Drawing app(https://maoschanz.github.io/drawing/) to draw the diagrams using my wacom one graphic tablet. I am able to de decent job but it's no way near OneNote (which I use sometime when I am on Windows using same wacom tablet). Source: over 2 years ago

  • i made a to do list for when i switch to linux so i know what i'm doing an don't wander around aimlessly
Bummer! For Paint replacements you could try Gimp or Drawing maybe if you haven't already. Gimp is awesome, might be more than your looking for. Drawing is newer and more like old Paint but is still pretty nice. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • What happened to gnome drawing?
"Drawing" is literally the name of the project. It's not "GNOME Drawing" as said in the title, but it's part of the "GNOME Circle" initiative so close enough. Source: about 3 years ago
