  You can give DeepSource a shot. The C# Analyzer is in beta at the moment and detects fewer issues than the likes of SonarQube, but offers a better user experience, is rapidly evolving, and will be at par with other tools in the coming months. The feedback was indeed similar to what standard linters and static analyzers can provide with more noise.
