Dubicars provides a service that makes things easy for you to buy without leaving your home, but by no means takes any responsibility for the car advertised there. That's what I meant.   Other than that I'd probably head into Germany and look near the border (e.g. https://www.thuellen.de is close, or look on mobile.de) because cars are generally cheaper there. If the car has at least 6.000km and is older than 6 months you don't have to pay import tax in Belgium and doing the import is easy. Did to myself, took my 2 hours, saved me $$$.
