One thing though, how do you compress the PDF file? It is around 94 megabytes in size, previously using Acrobat I got it down to around 15 megabytes. So far the only solution I've found is https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf and it is taking a LONG time to upload the original (close to 30 minutes so far and my connection is pretty good). No app suggestions, sorry. You can try printing it as a PDF (it might just work, but I doubt). I have used smallpdf in the past, and it seems just fine — the sort of documents I'm sceptical with are financial aid documents... Source: about 3 years ago
