Ubuntu by default comes with the bash shell. Bash is great but I personally find it harder to customize. That is why I use Z shell, more commonly known as zsh. In our fork for https://oilshell.org/ , and it made a lot more sense to people. It's funny how "sticky" syntax is -- because two contributors ALSO read * as "pointer" ! So I changed into the MyPy syntax after 5 years, and concluded I should have done that quite awhile ago. --- The funny thing is that while the web page says "Abstract Grammar", I would not call Zephyr ASDL a grammar.
