However, I do have a few criticisms of the product. Firstly, its pricing is quite steep, especially compared to other B2B databases on the market. This makes it difficult for smaller businesses or startups to justify the cost. Additionally, while the information on ZoomInfo is generally accurate and up-to-date, I have come across a few instances where the information was incomplete or outdated.
Despite these drawbacks, ZoomInfo is still a good resource for business information. It just might not be the best option out there. If you're willing to pay for a premium service, then ZoomInfo could be worth considering. However, if you're looking for more cost-effective alternatives, there are several options to consider.
Can’t knock the platform - it’s great. I feel like they should have a paid-for offering at a lower price point, however. Strongly recommend!
Semrush is very popular and next level performance tool which varies competitors, analyzes and tracking of any domain website, which provides you full information what's the position of the website, overall traffic, etc. This tool is easy to use with limited trial 7 days, after the trial ends, has limited features work on free plan. There plans are very expensive, not affordable at purchasing price plans.
In my experience, semrush is very costly and high level of experience.
SEMrush provides a great central hub for adding your websites as projects which can be tracked, audited and measured for visibility over time. I've used the platform across many roles and found the only recent drawback was the removal of their display advertising competitor reports.
Based on our record, SEMRush should be more popular than ZoomInfo. It has been mentiond 18 times since March 2021. I just found a few data collator sites, zoominfo.com and signalhire.com are just two - they seem to scrape sites like Linkedin etc and collate everything. Personal numbers can be found pretty easily, if you've ever signed up for a business identification number it could be there, could be in a data leak somewhere - these companies are pretty shady and will buy data from places to just get a lead. I suppose the easiest way is to just search the company on the intrawebs and see what their web site pulls up. You can kind of tell from there and their Yelp reviews/Google reviews, if they are their own company or some kind of contractor type company. I use SEMRush (semrush.com/) a lot when researching a niche. I would input the URL of a competitor, and then examine "competitors of organic key words" -- to find related websites that compete with the input URL website.
