I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. You can search based on the kind of doctor you need to see, and you can schedule the appointment through the website. Source: almost 1 year ago
Thank you to everyone for your comments. I just want to share that I found a psychiatrist on zocdoc.com that specializes in ADHD and works through the company Talkiatry. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him. You can also use appointment sites like zocdoc.com. That site will take your insurance plan information and give you a list of local doctors who accept your coverage.3 They even allow you to make appointments for them online. Source: about 1 year ago

Try zocdoc.com They allow you to enter in: the kind of provider you're looking for, location, and type of insurance you have (if you have it.) It's great because they show you availability without having to call the office. Hope this helps! Source: almost 2 years ago

Might be beneficial to get some prescription meds if you don't have a prescription yet. Im an Rizatriptan. Https://migrainebuddy.com/. Source: 11 months ago
Diet - Identify your food triggers and adjust accordingly. Thanks to the app Migraine Buddy, I was able to identify a few foods that were contributing to my migraines. I now limit chocolate, coffee, and greasy/processed foods. The Mediterranean diet is my friend. No milk or dairy-based yogurt / ice cream (oat milk and cashew yogurt taste better anyway). I will never give up cheese or red meat entirely, but quality... Source: almost 1 year ago
