I made a hotel reservation from zenhotels.com about 4 months ago. I decided to call the hotel to make sure my reservation was confirmed just to be safe, and they told me my reservation was cancelled, even though I did not cancel it and it says its still active on the zenhotel website. I booked an expensive package holiday on lastminute.com using a credit card yesterday for next March. Only when I got the confirmation today do I realise that many details were not what I thought they were (checked luggage not included, domestic transfers not included).
