Some time ago I found zdog - it's a lightweight 3D javascript engine, for canvas or SVG. If you check out its site, you'll see it described as pseudo 3D. What does that mean? Basically zdog holds a model of 3D shapes, but renders everything as 2D flat shapes. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago

For this project, I'm tinkering with ZDog (https://zzz.dog/) a nifty little flat-shaded pseudo-3d engine for the browser, written in Javascript. It's pretty simple as 3d engines go, but as one might expect, it's heavily structured around OOP and mutable objects, and makes extensive use of Javascript prototypal inheritance.
