Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. This simply extends the existing build process that many front-end frameworks have. After Babel's done with its transpilation, it merely executes code to compile your initial screen into static HTML and CSS.
