I send an email to namecheap using yourdigitalrights.org. I provide my username and support in IN THE EMAIL, yet their stupid support keeps replying asking for my username and pin. I'm in California - reality is even with this stuff it's hard. I'd say maybe 20% companies you send CCPA request emails to don't know what to do, have broken forms, etc. It does work probably 80% of the time though.
