Hello, SaaSHub Community 👋 We - Albert, Vlad, and I (Javier) - are thrilled to present Brainwave.
In Short: Brainwave is a customer service automation tool capable of resolving over 70% of your customers' inquiries. Our solution automates text-based responses and actions.
❌ Problem
Support demands can become overwhelming, especially for B2C/B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Marketplace, and FinTech companies. You likely have an ever-growing number of support tickets, with your current bot, such as Intercom or Zendesk, only addressing 30% of issues after extensive training. This situation is time-consuming, costly, and often leads to customer frustration and dropouts.

As you will be posting blogs, most likely you will be using WordPress. Someone has already recommended Yoast SEO. I use it too, though some say that it affects page speed. Other recommended plugins are All in one SEO and Rank Math SEO. There are some simple ones, e.g. SEO Meta Description AI that uses AI to analyze page/post content and generate respective SEO meta description tag. Source: about 1 year ago
Yoast – An essential SEO plugin that helps you optimize your website’s content, ensuring better visibility in search engine results. Source: about 1 year ago
I learned a lot online. I read the blog and articles at yoast.com. I installed the yoast app in my WordPress installation. Then I just wrote articles and optimize it for the keywords. Also, having Google reviews on my site helps. Last year I had 150 prospects. This year I am on track for the same. Source: over 1 year ago
