You can use Xmage or Cockatrice as dedicated online free platforms, or Untap for in-browser gameplay (Untap has no built in rules engine, so be careful that you're following the rules!). This all comes from Artifact the DotA card game, the ENTIRE game is the said group of people trying to map out the would-be draw ending and had a comic where this all came from.
