  It seems like power cycling the modem works sometimes but the problem returns and cylcing the power now is not resolving the issue. I have tried deleting cookies for xfinity.com. • Pretty sure I'm being pushed into buying a new phone for no reason (this has been an insane trip with customer service)

  Here we are three months in. I have yet to receive a sim card through the mail. I just checked and xfinity.com still tells me my phone is incompatible.
