The issues your site are having are troublesome for most small site administrators: good score on Desktop load but lousy on Mobile load. There are also good paid options for someone to professionally optimize the site using the above plugins (e.g. link), but do due dillgence before you hand over the keys (admin login) to any budget service to work on your WordPress installation, as it can end in tears.
