If you're in the US, you can look up the book in Worldcat (https://search.worldcat.org/) to get a sense of what libraries actually hold the books you are looking for. Also check out worldcat.org . Type in a title, look for 'View All Formats and Editions' in the lower right of a listing. You can see if the book is offered in your choice of language or format. Libraries are always an invaluable tool to recommend and can help you get hold of books, for me jstor.org with 100 articles a month on a free account, academia.edu has free papers have been very useful as a platform....
