You can put it on a $5-10 server on linode and upgrade to $20 server if you need to anytime. For an extra $5 it'll include daily backups, and one on demand backup. Last time I had to set it up it took me about an hour to get it running with a LEMP (Nginx, mariadb as a drop in replacement of mysql) stack from https://wordops.net/. It's a server management service, they use AWS (or your host of choice) under the hood. I personally use something similar called Runcloud which I haven't had any problems with. It's a halfway house between a managed platform and your own VPS. Means you don't have to worry about security, vhosts, ssl certificates, restricting access etc... For PHP https://platform.sh has got a lot of traction, but it's notc cheap especially for small apps.
