I use a program called Revo Uninstaller found here. There is a paid and free version, I use the free version and it works fine. When you select a program to uninstall through Revo, it will launch the program's uninstaller first, then it will find leftover files/registry data and give you the choice to delete them. It reminds me a little of https://poolsuite.net (formerly Poolside FM), and that has been running for donkey's years!
