Looks like Microsoft has recently updated the ADK download page with a new version updated this month. It's still called Windows 11 version 22H2 but installs with new internal version of 10.1.25398.1. As this version is not listed on the Configuration Manager supported ADK versions page, I think it's safe to assume that as of right now, it is not supported with ConfigMgr.
