It's still called Windows 11 version 22H2 but installs with new internal version of 10.1.25398.1. As this version is not listed on the Configuration Manager supported ADK versions page, I think it's safe to assume that as of right now, it is not supported with ConfigMgr.   This is what I normally do when needing to change a user account password at work. Http://hirensbootcd.org/ and create a bootable USB drive with it, set it as the boot device in the bios and get and use the NTPasswordEdit tool that should be in a folder on the desktop.
