I believe web.whatsapp.com is being blocked by local telecom companies in order to protect their duopoly and keep Oman in tech--stone-age. If fewer people know how else the rest of the world uses the internet, then they don't have to make an effort to improve their offerings. Omantel is definitely blocking this web.whatsapp.com. For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn. It really depends entirely on the role. You should check out sites like https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co and https://cryptojobslist.com and search for stuff like typescript to find out what folks are expecting. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one....
