WeSupply Labs Reviews

  1. Good platform for returns

I've been using WeSupply for about a year and it really feels like it helps my team and our customers a lot. I had so many issues with returns, and even if we don't have such a high volume of orders, the customer reps were overloaded all the time, I think we lost many customers in the past because we were not able to manage returns at all.. But now I can tell that there are weeks when nobody calls us for tracking numbers or return. Not even a call!! Our customer reps manage the orders and returns within the platform and see everything in Zendesk too (so this is something that I wasn't expected when I signed up). I don't quite like the sign-in process, we are waiting for them to add another login option as now we have to use some magic links to get into the platform.

🏁 Competitors: AfterShip, parcelLab, Narvar Ship
👍 Pros:    Easy to use for returns|You can make refunds within the platform|Return labels works great|Great order tracking
    👎 Cons:    Login options
  2. Neat platform

It's been a good experience working with wesupply. I ship a lot of orders so the tracking and notifications part is crucial for me because otherwise, I'd be getting calls all over the place from customers asking where their order is or asking me to send them the tracking number again.

I also use the returns functionality because it just saves a lot of time. A bit tedious to set up at first because there are a lot of configuration options for how you want to set up return options, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty intuitive. Support is nice and responsive too.

🏁 Competitors: Narvar Ship, AfterShip, WISMOlabs
    👍 Pros:    Accurate tracking|Customizable return scenarios|Good pricing|Easy to use|Quick onboarding
👎 Cons:    Limited courier integrations|Returns can be complicated to set up at first

Asana Reviews

  1. Good, but not the best.

While Asana is a robust task management and project planning tool, in my experience, it falls slightly short when compared to Trello, particularly in terms of user-friendliness and simplicity. Asana offers a variety of features such as multiple project views (list, board, timeline, calendar), custom fields, and reporting tools, which can be highly beneficial for complex project management. However, I found that the learning curve can be steep, especially for team members not familiar with this type of software. The interface, while feature-rich, can feel a bit cluttered and overwhelming for new users. On the other hand, Trello shines in its simplicity and straightforward design. The visual card and board system is intuitive and easy to grasp, making it a more accessible tool for team members of varying tech proficiency levels. Additionally, Trello's user interface is cleaner and more streamlined, which contributes to an overall more enjoyable user experience.

In terms of collaboration, both tools provide good collaborative features like commenting, tagging, and task assignment. However, I appreciate Trello's flexibility with its Power-Ups, allowing integration with a wide array of apps which enhances its functionality. In conclusion, while Asana is a powerful tool with extensive features, I prefer Trello for its ease of use, simplicity, and intuitive design. However, I do see the value of Asana for larger teams or more complex projects.

    🏁 Competitors: Trello
  2. A Solid Project Management Tool, but Not the Best on the Market

Asana is a popular project management tool that has a lot to offer. It is fast and versatile, making it easy for individuals and teams to collaborate and get things done. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and there are plenty of features to help you organise and track your projects.

However, while Asana is a good tool, it is not the best on the market. One of its main weaknesses is its lack of advanced reporting and analysis capabilities. It can be challenging to get a comprehensive view of your projects and how they are progressing, especially if you have a large number of them.

Another issue is the cost. Asana can be expensive for teams with a lot of members, especially when compared to other project management tools that offer similar features at a lower price point.

    🏁 Competitors: Trello
    👍 Pros:    Fast|Clean ui|Excellent features
    👎 Cons:    No reporting|Expensive
  3. Coordinate and manage in teams the tasks and the circulation of work of a plan.

Asana is a very representative app for the work environment I'm a part of with team members and users it's stellar for: • To manage it on the web and portable devices • With option and manageability on the web • To set up projects and invite team members. • The projects have a roadmap to know the displacement of each activity. • Tasks can contain subtasks to keep track of work • Allows granting tasks, define expiration periods. • Effective and useful for adding files, making comments, and tags.

    🏁 Competitors: Trello, Wrike
👍 Pros:    Asana proceeds effectively by promoting and supporting the work plan process for each project in terms of: • to arrange and establish the work to be executed for a given project. • to distribute and share among the members the tasks of a project. • flexible to locate and work those minimum activities of a task. • to fix and assign who will be in charge of the tasks. • it is consistent to fix the structured tasks and visualize the phases and their movements. • to set dates for a project from start to finish. • with the option to handle related tasks that in one way or another are dependent on each other.
👎 Cons:    Asana, is substantial to give continuity to the acquired commitments, it gathers everything necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work plans, being so it is a fantastic application as long as i have no adverse consequences while i am using it.
