I was thinking about writing something to control Anki using this gaze tracking library, but I came to realize it would be slower than finger movements since you'd need to keep your gaze in an area for a second or two to avoid false positives. It also takes a good deal of effort to consciously focus your eyes at a small area of a screen, which would probably distract the user from thinking... Source: over 2 years ago
