Ive used WatchMe by https://flamebrain.com/ for years. Its much faster and easier to keep up with tracking time. I track down do the min and add notes when needed. Used all the major ticket systems and its still the most efficient. And yes I record the time it takes to enter tickets. Its free but the donation version has some great features. I donate whenever theres a new release. Source: about 3 years ago

Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output. Therefore if the front headphones are selected the audio plays through them and cannot be heard out loud. Source: over 1 year ago
