Ive used WatchMe by https://flamebrain.com/ for years. Its much faster and easier to keep up with tracking time. I track down do the min and add notes when needed. Used all the major ticket systems and its still the most efficient. And yes I record the time it takes to enter tickets. Its free but the donation version has some great features.
