If you aren't using it already then I suggest bookmarking and using wahapedia for all of your rules needs. It has every single offical army with its own page that contains all the rules, relics, warlord traits, stratagems, and secondaries. Miraheze seems to be offering a platform to create private wikis and it runs the same software as Wikipedia. You do need to fill out a form and request a wiki but after that you and people you specify should be able to see and edit that wiki (with the exception of the main page which can be seen by everyone).
