I wouldn't lean too heavily on "there are multiple types of diversity, and also different kinds of white people" argument either if I were you.   His home, that certainly could be a pretty big difference, again depending on a lot of factors. The median home price in NYC is $733k per Zillow, and $161k in STL, so that is a big difference. Then, in looking around at the site, I found the warning that the service is not available to U.S. Citizens who are not residing in the U.S. Maybe I could have used the site and be in violation.
