That's years after Riftcat/VRidge, iVRy and AMD ReLiveVR did it and finally Airlink only happened because VirtualDesktop was stealing the show, an as far as I know only existed because this engineer started it on their own, PC compatibility was very very low on Metas TODO list. One way is with Vridge / Riftcat, which is the only program I know of which allows you to use the Flow with SteamVR. You have to install Riftcat on your PC, which can be downloaded on their website and then you have to install vridge on the Vive Flow. Depends on what you mean. There's some 3D modeling programs directly for the quest, but if you're wanting something like a CAD software, I don't think there's anything quite on that level. Closest to that would be if you were using PCVR, then there's VRSketch that's an extension for Sketchup that lets you build in VR. Source: almost 2 years ago
