I remember trying the demo version of VRidge ages ago, my phone back then wasn't really ready for it but still played a couple of levels of the original DooM without too much issues. Source: 12 months ago
That's years after Riftcat/VRidge, iVRy and AMD ReLiveVR did it and finally Airlink only happened because VirtualDesktop was stealing the show, an as far as I know only existed because this engineer started it on their own, PC compatibility was very very low on Metas TODO list. One way is with Vridge / Riftcat, which is the only program I know of which allows you to use the Flow with SteamVR. You have to install Riftcat on your PC, which can be downloaded on their website and then you have to install vridge on the Vive Flow.
