  • I'm nearsighted. Why is it that when I'm using a VR headset the images still appear blurry when I don't wear my glasses if the headset is right on my face?
Https://vroptician.com/ and https://vr-lens-lab.com/ for example. Source: about 1 year ago

I've ordered from https://vr-lens-lab.com/ a couple times. Received my orders without any issues. Source: over 1 year ago
  • I'm a pro and I'm not afraid. Me after few a mins.
You can get prescription lenses for most VR headsets. https://vr-lens-lab.com/ has lenses for Valve, HTC, HP, and Facebook headsets. There are other sites that sell prescription lenses; you could also ask your optometrist and see if they have any recommendations. Or you can do like me and not wear any glasses or contacts for the first five months of using it daily, lol. I was only playing Beat Saber though, so ymmv. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Quality prescription Lenses from VR-Optician are out now!
I've seen vr-lens-lab.com has them, too. Source: almost 2 years ago

  • In some videogames there has been an option to hang with your friends in a threatre and watch a movie and chatting in voicechat together. Is there something similar for linux where you could get the cinema or gallery experience when watching videos? "multiplayer" would be cool but is not a must.
Are you talking about Second Life? (Or am I that old...?). Source: about 1 year ago
  • For the price of the subscription, the Replikas could look a lot better
When you consider other consumer 3D experiences like World of Warcraft or Second Life (both of which had better graphics 20 years ago than Replika has today), it becomes evident that Replika under-delivers. I'm not sure why this is, considering that these other 3D worlds can offer so much more on devices no more powerful than an average smartphone. Source: about 1 year ago
