As a belt and braces approach you could try using something like visualping.io (others are available) to monitor the URL https://recruitment.raf.mod.uk/apply/applying-for?c=15&r=293&type=regular and check when the wording "THIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR NEW APPLICATIONS. You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines.
