  • Is it normal to pay $94/month for one line
$94 for a single line is not good given in this day and age. If you want to stick with Verizon and are fine not financing a phone, you should use Visible. If not, you should test drive other carriers in your area: https://www.reddit.com/r/NoContract/comments/xl5fi8/test\_drive\_each\_carrier/. Source: 10 months ago
  • Cannot log into visible.com from a web browser (iOS app is fine)
I’ve got an odd problem - I can open the visible app and all is fine. But, if I log into visible.com from a web browser on Windows or a Mac (or iPad), after the username and password, I get the SMS text with the code, type it in… and get another text with a new code… then again on more time, then I can’t log in anymore as I get an error that the code has expired. • Switching to Visible+ for a month then downgrading again
That's fascinating because I LITERALLY moments ago just got off a chat conversation with a customer care rep at visible.com who told me the exact opposite. They said the "welcome discount" would allow me to switch back and forth between the Visible and Visible+ plans at the $25 and $35 rates even if the promotions change. Source: 11 months ago
  • Looking for a very cheap network solution for a hotspot throughout our camper off cell data
Hello, we go camping enough to justify having decent internet but not enough to justify an expensive monthly plan or Starlink. I came across this visible.com 25-dollar plan with unlimited hotspot and heard you can take a mini router and change a TTL setting in the settings menu of this mini router and it will unlock your speeds from 5mbps to whatever the phone gets and you can also connect a lot more devices than... • 502 Error on website, phone app also not connecting
You can contact then without signing into your account on chat by going to visible.com and slicking the little blue box or contact then here, FB Messenger or Twitter. Source: 11 months ago

  • Warp[vz network] Data accounting does not match reality
I kept going back and forth and the rep kept stating the amount listed on usmobile.com, and inside the app, as the current month's data usage did NOT include hotspot data, and that the hotspot data is what drove me over 100GB. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Looking for new carriers?
Can you specify what plan you are on with Mint? Try tello.com they have custom plans to match your needs. Or try usmobile.com, their pooled plan starts at $9 for Unlimited Talk / Text + $2 per GB of data on either Verizon or T-Mobile network. Taxes included for US Mobile on pooled plans only. Tello charges no fees except for taxes (no recovery fees like Mint, service fee, etc.) If you want other options with... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Why is it so difficult to understand data usage with US Mobile?
Would you or anyone at US Mobile be able to expalin why the App shows different information than the web (http://usmobile.com)? Source: about 1 year ago
  • In my opinion, AT&T's website design needs a major overhaul.
Someone mentioned Verizon. I currently use them for wireless; they are not quite as bad. (Better performance, better navigation, less buggy). But the real winners here are some of the MVNOs (like US Mobile or Google Fi). Source: about 1 year ago
  • porting number
There are far better deals with MVNOs. If she's a heavy data user, US Mobile provides 100GB of "premium" data on Verizon for $45/month (plus about $5 in taxes); less with single lines. They have many cheaper plans for less data use, as do other MNVOs. Source: about 1 year ago
