I have now worked more than 50 times with them and they are always very professional, dedicated and on time. They have an amazing range of professional translators which allowed me to create subtitles in many languages. I would really recommand.

For transcripts, I use Descript. Descript is able to identify all four of our panel members, and I usually spend an hour or so cleaning it up and setting the transcript into a video for YouTube. Source: about 1 year ago
